QUESTION:  What exactly does ERI do?  What is the value of ERI's products to me?

It is ERI's goal to be your organization's compensation and benefits research outsource. ERI maintains several unique databases. ERI collects and tracks wage and salary information for the U.S., Canada, the UK and many European nations.  ERI reports cost-of-living information globally, covering every nation and most major cities in the world.  Data for each country is maintained separately.
