Using an Assessor Series® Application's Icon on ERI's Platform Library®
Check to see where the icon is pointing:
| 2. | Note the path at the top of the Information dialogue box. (For example, the default path for the Salary Assessor® software database is c:\eri\erisawin\erisawin.exe.) |
| 3. | If the path displayed is not the path where you installed the most recent Assessor Series application, left-click the Search button, and select the appropriate drive and sub-directories. If the path displayed is the correct path, then you may not have installed the Assessor Series application properly. See FAQ Installation Question #1 for installation options. |
