QUESTION:  What exactly does ERI do?  What is the value of ERI's products to me?

It is ERI's goal to be your organization's compensation and benefits research outsource. ERI maintains several databases. ERI tracks wage and salary information as well as cost-of-living information for the U.S., Canada, the UK and many European Union members. Data for each country is maintained separately. (Detailed methodologies are available from each Assessor Series® application.)
