Remuneration Assessor Series®: This bundled product suite includes the Salary Assessor® Software for over 5,000 positions in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and the United Kingdom; the Geographic Assessor® Software reporting geographic wage differentials for nearly 1,300 areas in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom; the Relocation Assessor® Software for unlimited international cost-of-living comparison; and the Executive Compensation Assessor® Software reporting competitive executive remuneration survey data for more than 400 positions in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
Salary Assessor® Consultant Edition: Provides salary and bonus data for over 8,500 US job titles (Canadian, UK/EU with fewer numbers). Executive salary and incentive data are included. Adjust compensation data for 1,200 industries, 300 locations, pay strategy, and salary planning date. Job descriptions, survey populations, and reliability statistics are included. Geographic Assessor® Consultant Edition: Reports geographic wage and salary differentials for over 7,900 areas in the United States and Canada (plus 1,300 EU). Enables Salary Assessor subscribers to review individual salaries for 8,000 additional city areas. Review US EEO-1 demographics trended to present-date from 1990 and 2000 US Census county-sector data, along with the latest OES prevailing wage data for H-1B visa applications for any job title found in the Salary Assessor. Nonprofit Comparables Assessor™ & Tax-Exempt Survey Consultant Edition: Retrieve competitive executive compensation data for both tax-exempt and for-profit organizations. Review comparable organizations' Form 990s/EZs/PFs for customized executive pay analyses (including outliers). Establish reasonable compensation levels for 87 executive position titles using data drawn from over 457,000 unique organizations; assists in satisfying IRC 4958 Intermediate Sanction rules. Review semantic relationship reviews created for NASCO and IRS compliance subscribers' use.
Relocation Assessor®Consultant Edition: Make unlimited cost-of-living comparison reports in-house using ERI's relocation calculator software. This cost-of-living calculator customizes analyses based on the employee's earnings levels, family size, home size, spending patterns, and base city/destination locations for both renters and home owners. Analyses include impact of city, county, state and national income tax differences. Reports on over 11,300 locations, including suburbs, in 193 countries.
Occupational Assessor® (eDOT®) Consultant Edition: The Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) was abandoned by the US in 1991. ERI has assisted PAQ Services Inc. in enhancing and updating this research through digitization and OCR of job postings, salary and HR surveys, field job analyses, analyses of worker compensation claimant files, and study of web traffic at free salary web sites. eDOT contains four modules: a free Job Search analysis, a copy of the 1991 Archive DOT, a new US FLSA Overtime test application, and an enhanced Disability Determination module. Review raw data field job analyses scoring of 99 (64 original) enhanced selected characteristics of occupations.
Executive Compensation Assessor® Consultant Edition: Reports competitive executive compensation survey data for more than 400 positions in the United States, Canada, and UK/EU for over 1,200 industry sectors in all Geographic Assessor locations. Review comparable organizations' raw financial data and historical executive pay via downloadable proxies, 10-Ks, information circulars, and annual reports. Reliability statistics are provided.
